Group Training Sessions

Come join our training group where people of all backgrounds can achieve their performance and health related goals.  

Each week we host a number of coached swim, bike and run group sessions across Adelaide. 

Your first session is free!

Swim Squad:

Our swim sessions cater for all swimming abilities from beginners to elite with a focus on freestyle for triathletes and adult swimmers. Each session will have a focus on freestyle technique, efficiency and improving your freestyle stroke as part of our core coaching focus.

Our current swim squad sessions are all held at Marion Outdoor Pool and run:

  • Monday Night: 5:45-7pm

  • Wednesday Night: 5:45-7pm

  • Friday Morning: 5:45-7am

Bike Squad:

Our bike sessions cater for all riding abilities from beginners to elite. Each session has a focus on cycling skills, efficiency and conditioning as part of our core coaching focus.

Our current bike sessions are:

  • Thursday morning at Edwardstown Velodrome 5:45-7am

  • Weekends at various times and locations

Run Squad:

Our run sessions cater for all running abilities from beginners to elite with a focus on running technique, efficiency and conditioning as part of our core coaching focus.

Our current run sessions are:

  • Tuesday morning at Flinders University Ovals, 5:45-7am
