The world of endurance sports is a world full of endless possibilities.  Flow Endurance is a triathlon and endurance coaching team that caters for everyday people wanting to achieve amazing things. We're proud to provide an environment where people of all ages, levels and ability can achieve their training, performance,  and health related goals.

 

Ultimately it takes more than just a great attitude to achieve your endurance goals, and that's where we come in. Our coaching takes the guesswork out of your training and racing to let you achieve more. Our philosophies and training programs are grounded in science and tailored to meet each athletes own individual, lifestyle and performance needs. 

Our Goal:

We set out to empower our athletes with the knowledge, skills and ability to achieve whatever they set their mind too. It's also important to us that we all have a great time doing it!

We don't believe in a "One program fits all approach" and our coaching services are designed to meet each individuals unique circumstances. We want to work with you to take the guesswork out of your programming and help you achieve more.

Squad Sessions

Join us for weekly Swim, Bike & Run sessions. All our group sessions are designed to cater for all abilities from beginners to elite, with a focus on preparing for endurance events.  Our core coaching focus is on improving technique, efficiency and conditioning. Our current sessions are:

Swim:

  • Monday: 5:45-7pm @ Marion outdoor pool.

  • Friday: 5:45-7am @ Westminster college.

Bike:

  • Thursday: night coached Zwift - 6pm.

  • Saturday: Long ride, contact us to find out more.

Run

  •  Wednesday: Intervals 6-7am @ Flinders University sporting ovals.

 Lifestyle coaching

Designed for individuals starting out in the sport, or those looking to take their short and standard distance racing to the next level: Our Lifestyle coaching includes:

✔️Initial lifestyle, performance & injury screening.

✔️Weekly individualised training programming using TrainingPeaks.

 

✔️Individualised strength and conditioning.

✔️Race planning and goal setting

 

✔️Access to Flow Endurance skill and race specific sessions.

✔️Weekly support from your own dedicated coach.

$175 per Month

Performance coaching

Designed for the seasoned competitor and those looking to take their 70.3, long course and iron-distance racing to the next level: Performance 

coaching includes:

✔️Initial  lifestyle, performance & injury screening.

✔️In-depth personal coaching & programming using TrainingPeaks

✔️Periodisation planning and regular physiological testing.  

 

✔️Nutrition advice and guidance

✔️Individualised strength and conditioning

✔️Race planning and goal setting

 

✔️Access to Flow Endurance skill and race specific sessions.

✔️Ongoing support from your own dedicated coach

$250 per month

Run coaching 

Designed for runners looking to complete their first half or full marathon & those chasing a new personal best. Our run for success coaching includes:​

 

✔️Initial lifestyle, performance & injury screening.

 

✔️Weekly individual training programming using Training Peaks

 

✔️Individualised strength and conditioning

 

✔️Personalised nutrition advice and guidance

 

✔️Race planning and goal setting

 

✔️Weekly support from your own dedicated support.
