All of our online training programs are designed specifically for you. We don't believe in a "one size fits all approach" and every training program is tailored to fit with your lifestyle, your goals and your physical attributes.
 
Using an evidence based, holistic approach our expert coaches aim to take the guess work out of all your training and racing needs.   
Our Services:

Squad Sessions

Join us for weekly Swim, Bike & Run sessions. All our group sessions are designed to cater for all abilities from beginners to elite, with a focus on preparing for endurance events.  Our core coaching focus is on improving technique, efficiency and conditioning. Our current sessions are:

Swim: Monday and Thursday 6-7am @ Westminster College, swimming pool. *Currently on hold due to COVID-19

Ride: 2x1 hour weekly Zwift virtual sessions. Contact us to find out more 

Running intervals: Wednesday morning 6-7am @ Flinders University sporting ovals.

 Lifestyle coaching

Designed for individuals starting out in the sport, or those looking to take their short and standard distance racing to the next level: Our Lifestyle coaching includes:

  • Initial lifestyle, performance & injury screening.

  • Weekly individualised training programming using TrainingPeaks.

  • Individualised strength and conditioning.

  • Race planning and goal setting

 

  • Access to Flow endurance skill and race specific sessions.

  • Weekly support from your own dedicated support.

Performance coaching

Designed for the seasoned competitor and those looking to take their 70.3, long course and iron-distance racing to the next level: Performance 

coaching includes:

  • Initial  lifestyle, performance & injury screening.

  • In-depth personal coaching & programming using TrainingPeaks

  • Periodisation planning and regular physiological testing.  

  • Nutrition advice and guidance

  • Individualised strength and conditioning

  • Race planning and goal setting

 

  • Access to Flow Endurance skill and race specific sessions.

  • Ongoing support from your own dedicated coach

$250 per month

Run coaching 

Designed for runners looking to complete their first half or full marathon & those chasing a new personal best. Our run for success coaching includes:​

 

  • Initial lifestyle, performance & injury screening.

 

  • Weekly individualised training programming using TrainingPeaks

 

  • Individualised strength and conditioning

 

  • Personalised nutrition advice and guidance

 

  • Race planning and goal setting
